Hey Cryptic! Why not make this ability trigger on all Tractor abilities (after you fix it on the MTTA)..
TBR (3 per beam) ..Nullifying tractor Field..ect..

    hmmmmm Patch notes 08/17

    Resolved an issue that was causing "Rapid-Emitter Armaments" to trigger from non-Bridge Officer versions of Tractor Beam, such as the Multi-Target Tractor Arrays console.

    Is the Tractor Beam Repulsor boff training supposed to trigger R.E.A. or is it just Tractor Beam?
