EMP Bombardment now cripples opponenets for 14 seconds and if you hit and have the cooldown/recharge time for EMP under 14 seconds you can literally spam it and keep your opponent paralyzed and set up for, basically, execution. However, if your enemy has one you really need to be first to hit with it. Against eng and sci, pretty much a guarenteed win.

    Cryovisor seems to be even better than Stasis Bubble, even manage to get people using Phasic Shroud with it. recently tried out soem space pvp. hell of a lot of placates make it more like Star Wars where everyone misses, but told having 600 or above for perception helps negate many of these placates. Now got to find out how to get 600 plus perception for the ship.
