Jem'Hadar Issues

Can anybody please explain why the trait One Little Ship is disabled for my Jem'Hadar character? I've enabled it in the window, but it is always grayed out and unclickable during ground combat. Also, why were all the voices disabled for Warriors of the Empire? Up until now, I could hear the voiceovers for Martok, J7Ula et al, but with warriors, suddenly nothing. This was particularly vexing during the Elachi ground combat sequence, because I couldn't hear them call out to activate the next stage of the machine during the final fight.
All sensible advice appreciated.

    Yes, it's slotted. It's just grayed out and unavailable. And, yes, I have completed all but the last episode of the latest story (the Klingons).

    Slotted in the traits screen? (I'm wondering because that screen doesn't have a gray-out function.)
    Yes! I've got six space options and six ground options, five of which can be slotted at any one time (i.e., all of the traits are at level 6). "Grayed-out refers to the fact that the function is unavailable during combat unlike, say, the piezo-electric net or concussive blast.

    If you have one little ship slotted in your active ground reputation UI have you tried pressing P, unchecking the 'lock tray' box in your available skills menu, then dragging the old copy of this trait off your ground tray and dragging on a fresh one?

    Oh good point! There are actually two versions of this trait, depending on if your Gamma reputation is at tier 5 or tier 6. If you got the upgraded version but the basic is still in your tray, that could be the problem.
