Request to add Ferengi Outfits to the Uniform Tab/Category

I know Cryptic realizes that themed builds are part of the fun for many of us. But there are a few mildly annoying barriers in some cases. Such as Ferengi. We have a couple of nice Ferengi Ships. We have Ferengi Captains. We can easily populate Ferengi Crews. We have a nice selection of Ferengi Outfits, but we cannot dress our crews in them because they are all designated "Off Duty". Would it be asking too much to maybe flip the switch on them to "Uniform"? Similarly maybe flip the Talaxian Outfits to Uniform so we could put together Civilian Freighter or Commercial Crews? They would go nicely with the new Risian ship after all.
