I was looking at adding the DOMINO console to the 3 other consoles I already had on my Dewan escort when I realized that the passive energy damage bonus from the DOMINO console is phaser only (+15%). This seems strange to me since the console is meant to work with the rest of the "Allied Dogfighters" set regardless of which faction of Allied Pilot Escorts you happen to be using. To add to this oddity, the 4pc ability from the set (which is kinda weaksauce, but whatever) increases phaser, disruptor, and plasma damage, thus accounting for the three different sets of escorts (Andorian for fed (pha), Lethean for KDF (dis), and Dewan for RR (pla)).
The long and the short of this is to say that perhaps the DOMINO console should be reworked to add +15% phaser, disruptor, and plasma dmg? Otherwise, no matter which escorts you're using, you have to use phasers in order to benefit from that passive +15% phaser dmg.
Anyway, that's just my thoughts on it.
