My half-asleep brain misinterpreted this and went "wait, since when do we have dancing Hur'q, Tzenkethi and Iconians?".

I remember one of the DEVs saying in a recent stream, there is something new or slightly different with the Dance Party this year. I think it was the most recent Ten Forward Stream. Though they didn't say quite what it was, yet if memory serves... ...it was a few minutes after, talking about the Chu Chu Shirts from Lower Decks.

So we'll have to wait and see what that's all about.
