It disappeared way back when after its launch sale ended and hasn't been seen since.
Not sure if this is a PS4/PS5 issue as well.
(As an aside, the Jupiter uniform pack is still listed as for-purchase even if you got it via the Federation Bundle (I think that's the right one). Might want to look into that to avoid double-purchases. It's been that way since 2016-17).
