    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    For anyone who doesn't know - these codes will work on Xbox if you are running the ARC rewards app. - confirmed last night.

    And if you are on Xbox and not running the ARC rewards app then download it now as there are lots of rewards you can earn (free account Samsar, keys, epic admiralty card etc.). It's in the xbox store for download.

    How do you get this to work. I go to the site startrekonline.com and it doesn't have a code redemption. The information simply loops to itself and goes back to it's own instruction. There is no gear with a code redemption.

    I have the code from alienware but can't find where to enter it.

    Might be relevant. I'm on linux and use proton on steam. Do I not have the arc client potentially installed to use this?

    Is there a way to simply enter this via the website instead of some client?! Am I missing something?

    You need to login to your account on the Arc client and click the gear icon in the top corner and then click redeem code.

    Redeem code worked for me

    If you prefer use code redemption at the top if the forum

    That just leads to instructions that tell you to use the arc client. There is no other form that I can tell to redeem it.

    If some of you experience a problem in generate the key after creating an account for it just spam the button till it works. Happens some times.

    Is this Xbox only? The Arc points?
