Stuck in Sector Space (TOS)

in Tribble - Bug Reports
If you leave the Sol System without completing 'Explore Earth Spacedock' you get stuck in Sector Space and you can't progress.

    Happens to me on nukara regulary on holodeck, solution use a mission warp to get out !
