Missing Traits at random times

Ok this has been a glitch for the longest time and it is annoying. I have multiple characters and multiple setups and eventually this does go away for some and some constantly has it. So it starts with when you level up as a newbie you have all you traits available.
You choose a trait and 50% of the time you keep said trait when you level up the next time. but then as you level up either nothing happens and the trait stays or it randomly lose different traits in different slots does not matter you either keep like 1 trait or 4 traits each under personal ground/space. after you hit max level 65. you still get that to happen you unlock new traits like when you get some from replaying missions or from boxes you acquire "Gene Requence thing". anyway after that you randomly get the issue to spread to not just personal traits but alsso starhip and reputation traits but so far reputation traits has been pretty after stable after that revamp to the reputation trait that split it into two so it happens 8% of the time when a trait wipe happens and 20% for starship traits. As time goes on with these characters either it just decides to no cause unneeded distress and it would not happen or it will happen at the most random times with long periods of stability. I and starting to suspect it is a racial thing... as it it happen with more often with no alien characters and non traditional characters like klingon fine, human fine, romulan mostly fine. then as you go don't the list it gets more unstable. i have one stable caitian for the most part and a extremly unstable ferasan that keep loosing traits every other day. you don't notice when you loose it till you start dying way faster in a TFO. That is when i check and traits are missing. So i think it is a gui thing. So for my experience the most stable are the alien characters with the 10 slots while the more traditional traits with the 9 slots with a locked in racial trait. I say for a test please add 10 slots but greyed out with that trait that cannot be removed as the last possible trait with like a golden borders meaning it is special and cannot but removed. Hopefully that will fix a trait wipe because it is after opening some many traits and having specific traits on specific characters because of Roleplaying and utility it is hard to remember which charcter has which trait. Please fix the issue. Also yes i have sent in tickets but you have a text limit.
Why am it posting this now. I decided to run new delta recruit and somehow the trait issue is a bit more random when you lose trait between random missions and there is no level up and did not add any traits. so yeah what the heck man.
