Agony Phaser Turret and Binary Circuit OP.

I don't know if this has been address but I few weeks ago we had a Universal endeavor for Binary Circuit which I did on Advance. The other team kept spamming Agony Phaser Turret which instantly kill us. I been in Adv Assault on Terok Nor with players using Agony Phaser Turret and the NPC don't die that quickly. My toons are design for Elite Difficulty so I can take a hit. But this there was nothing I could do.
