BGCA charity issue, is it only me?

Hey guys, is this only happen to me? I went to donate to the charity and every time I hit submit the website crashed and I received no confirmation or notification that it was complete... so I tried to process it again 2 more times and still a crash while processing the payment..... Now I see I have 3 charges on my credit card and I tried reaching out to the email on the website which returned this error!!!!! Is this for real? Why is this going on? Who do I contact?? Not to be mean but whoever programmed that website code perhaps needs some help :P

Posting here would not get you any real help.
Did you click on the link for the chance to win site? Maybe because the promotion is over is the reason the webpage keeps crashing.
You should contact your credit card company and see if they can issue you a refund. Let them know the situation and see if they can help you.
