Don't you know? Fixing problems that affect players negatively is at the bottom of their priority list, now if you could trick the devs into thinking that this will either cost them a lot of money or not being returned is a huge positive for the players then they will rush to fix it in a instant!
Can't have a honest conversation because of a white knight with power
Maybe they're saving them for a kit module and boff training manual super bundle.

lol
I've asked many times
Others have asked as well
Kael, on a livestream, acknowledged the question & stated it would be sent forward
& yet ... nothing
My current working theory is that Cryptic will keep them out till next year's Q's Winter Wonderland & then re-introduce them as brand new again lol
They were in-game for a few weeks so it must be difficult to enter the (3) manuals & (3) modules back into the game
I look at it as a microcosm of how Cryptic deals with STO overall

lol luv it & as valid as any other reason (excuse) Cryptic could come up with I reckon.

lol luv that too & with the way Cryptic is trying to sell almost everything it seems in repackage bundles for high prices I could see it happening.
Anything to monetize it right?
