Looking for active fleet Fed PC

Hello all!
I've been playing since launch, but have taken a few long breaks due to life and sometimes burnout on the grind of STO. I have recently returned after a 2 year gap to find my old fleet is essentially dead in space. Thus, I'm looking for a new one. I'm a busy player and contribute actively to fleet projects, love to team up, enjoy helping newer players with advice or taking them on patrols and missions.
I'm looking for a high level fleet that is active. I want to stress active meaning more than a handful of people on during evenings and weekends (and in the actual fleet not counting an armada/alliance).
