[Console] Content Missing from Console Version

I haven't yet taken the time to figure out all the content that is not included in the console version of the game, but here is an example.

The Delta Rising: Operations Pack does not exist and thus cannot be purchased for the console version. All of the ships included in this pack are in the console version, but the pack exclusive BOFFs are not. I think this is a mistake on Cryptic's part to not include this pack for purchase by console players. I have two character that would very much like to use the Republic BOFFs, but I am unable to spend the 15k zen to buy the pack because it is not offered. Most of the ships in the pack are ones I do not have, so it would be an easy decision for me to buy this pack if it was offered.

This is only one example of content missing from the Console version of STO.

    They are nice intel boffs too, I have the pack on PC.

    They are much less unique than in 2014 though, now that any boff can learn all of the specializations.

    I will say this about the Delta pack. I have a lib borg Romulan and several Reman captains. The lib borg could definitely use the extra lib borg Rom BOFFs for his thematic build, and all of my Remans could use the Reman BOFF because it is VERY difficult to get Reman BOFFs. I have one captain who is Reman Resistance to the core, and he has to have one non Reman BOFF because he just doesn't have enough Remans available to him.

    I would gladly pay for this pack if it was available.

    FYI, the Legendary Romulan pack includes 3 Reman boffs (Tac, Eng, Sci). It might only be for the one character that uses the "jump to 65" token though since they are in the "level 65 boost" list: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11456853-the-legendary-romulan-captain-bundle

    The delta pack boffs are claimable by every character on your account.

    Yep, so only one character gets them. They might or might not be bound to character, I'll check later today.
