Newish Captain looking for a small fleet.

Hey, I am a newer player with a (main) Federation Captain, a Romulan Captain, and a Klingon Captain. I am looking for a small/new fleet that I can help be apart of from the ground level. I would much rather help a new/small fleet build up that be swallowed by a large established fleet. I would even be interesting in starting a fleet if there are a group needing one more person to start one.

Hmmm. The Ten Forward Fleets are kind of small in terms of active numbers. Neither fleet though has anything close to a full roster of members. Both sides are progressing through T4 Colony quite slowly due to many inactive players. Our group is pretty friendly though and are made up of folks from all over the world. We also have a Discord and in-game chat channel. Feel free to drop in to the Ten Forward Forum channel in-game and see who is around. Being social is not a requirement and actually, our only requirement is to treat others as you would like to be treated.
