DOFF account unlock

Question: does buying the extra DOFF slots from the Zen store unlock extra slots on one character or for all? Can’t seem to find anything in the subject and don’t want to waste Zen.

    Those all seem to be for a singe character. I'd love an account unlock for them.

    All are single character unlocks.

    No they have never given us an account wide slot buy for doffs, to their own detriment. I'd buy a lot of those if they existed.
