Temporary workaround for the broken Doff assignment issue

I cannot guarantee that this will work for all doff assignments that are affected by the latest issue, but it does seem to work for 'special' assignments that go into your Personal tab if you do not immediately start them.
Select the doff assignment from the NPC as normal - you will see the broken UI for the assignment - then switch to the Department Heads tab, then the Personal tab.
You will see the assignment listed at the top, and will be able to go into it and edit and start it as normal. An example is the Epohh Research assignment on New Romulus.
