Repetitive Cuts scenes

Not sure if I am alone on this, but there are a number of cut scenes throughout the game that can't be skip, these scenes just drag on all the time when the only thing I want to do is play the game and complete missions. I am not interested in watching meaningless NPC character talk for what seems like a eternity, This is beyond annoying, We need the option to skip cut scenes in game if chose too.
