Suggestion: Start all filters unchecked

As far as I can tell, search filters in the game act the same when every box is unchecked as they do when every box is checked. In either case, all items are shown.
With that in mind, I would like to see filters like this in the UI have all boxes unchecked by default. Specifically, have the new filter dropdown on the Ship Vendor start with all ship types unchecked. It is much more convenient to check all the ones you want to see than to uncheck all the ones you don't.
I think the Duty Officer roster filters are like this already.
