Maxed out endeavour and Klingon Recruit Question

I am about 7 points away from maxing the Endeavour stats but the klingon recruit wants me to earn 50 endeavour points to get all the rewards.
Am I screwed out of those?

No, it wants you to earn endeavor XP, so keep on grinding away. On the plus side this will help you max out your specializations if you do all your future endeavors with your recruit.

448 as of today, so Feb 8th 2021 I'm maxed. We need more endeavor ranks.
Grind must be eternal
