Klingon Recruit reward boxes still won't open?

The reward boxes I claim on my other characters for the transponder accomplishments of my Klingon Recruit still won't open. Is anyone else having this problem?

    I can confirm this is happening at least on my Fed for the green, mark-rewarding ones.

    They can't be discarded either and those with the same name don't stack, which can be very troublesome if you're already struggling with slot room for your bank and inventory.

    it's a fact, for KDF & Fed can't open the Klingon Recruit reward boxes. please fix this.

    Haven't had any issue opening mine. Try typing /lootcancel in the chat box. It could be a item blocking it from claiming correctly.

    I haven't gotten any boxes and have not seen any Dilithium on the Recruit. The other night a Federation Character was noting these 25 Dilithium rewards in the Log. Funny, that Character finished the Serengi Tour 10 of 10 last night, got the 30k Bonus Dilithium but that fact was not5noted in the Log.

    I'm sure they'll get round to fixing it quite soon, but this is not a huge priority.

    Most people won't have obtained more than a couple of boxes yet.

    The rewards are not massive.

    The boxes can just sit in the inventory with no issue until the bug is fixed.
