The Hirogen's 2 ships (Hunter & Apex) I think are the last in that line of ships that should get an upgraded T6 versions. Cryptic is certainly taking their time with it.
I personally use a Nausicaan as a pseudo-Hirogen aka Predator & have him pilot a Hunter.

They're the last in line because the Hirogen Lockbox was the worst selling for a while. It sold abysmally and back then they didn't have the good old infinity lockbox to fall back on. They know the ships were unpopular hence their reluctance to make the updates

I'm not surprised. I never really understood why anyone would like to play like an Hirogen. It's not like they're a really sophisticated culture or anything - they're like Klingons, but worse.
As for their taking their time with it: it took quite a while before the Voth and Undine ships were made. I'm sure they'll get around to updating those ships, but it has taken a while in the past.
