Finer power level control on Consoles

Being a long time console player of STO, one thing that has fustrated me is having a lot less control of power. Certain ships are a pain to use as the stock power levels aren't balanced well. For example when setting main power as auxiliary, the Titan science destroyer's shield power drops to 40 something, yet when weapon power is main shield power goes to 70ish.

Perhaps adding a menu to allow better control, while leaving the current system available or adding a secondary power select. So you select a primary and secondary power option, in my case aux would be main and shield would be secondary.
