General:
Resolved an issue that could sometimes prevent progression during the TFO, “Best Served Cold”, during the final phase.
Updated the binding, selling, and value rules on a number of pieces of "starter equipment" so that they all are Bind-on-Pickup, No Value, but may be sold or discarded freely.
Decreased the size of the Phase Pistol.
Seem worth a patch doesn't it?

They do far more than a patch during maintenance. The size of patch is irrelevant to the amount of down-time required to clear server-caches, database maintenance or whatever 'under the hood' things they need to do.
