Kitomer Discord: Issue With Combination on Door to J'Ula's Sanctum

Does anyone else have a problem getting the door open to J'Ula's Sanctum in the Kitomer Discord mission? I can't get the combination to work. The numbers keep changing on me when I try to enter them and when I click "Submit" I get "Wrong Combination". I stood at this dam door for over an hour trying different things and trying to get some in game help all to no avail. I finally just went back to my ship.
I was really enjoying the new content until the above happened so if someone can please tell me how to get that dam door open or what I'm missing or doing wrong it will be much appreciated and a great help. I thank you in advance.
