What do you guys think of this ship? 1.1 shield and hull seems good for an escort, 17 turn rate is nice. The only downside looks like the BOFF Layout, any opinions?

    seems pretty solid to me I'd probably go 2/2 on the temporal/eng seat and split the universal ad a pilot/eng if I needed an eng power for survivability.
