windowed mode no longer remembers its positon

When switching from full screen to windowed mode, it used to position the window at the last location I had the window at previously. Now, when I switch from full screen to windowed mode, it's repositioned 57 pixels to the right of the left side of the screen. Can it be switched back to remembering where the window was?
