Re-engineer some lobi weapons

hi! I would like to know why some lobi weapons can be re-engineered and others not

ej: i can re-engineer https://sto.gamepedia.com/Altamid_Adaptation#Altamid_Modified_Plasma_Omni

but i can´t re-enginner https://sto.gamepedia.com/Sensor_Modifications_Set this weapons

its a bug? will be solved?

    When the re engineering mechanic
    was introduced they mentioned that they would integrate this functionality for new releases and tend to older stuff as time goes by.

    Ok, some time went by now but hey ... here we are.

    A bit off topic. Just some advice: Stick to new lobi stuff and forget about the old stuff. They were much more conservative with op items back at the day. Yet the price is the same.
