Love the choice to use Mars Bringer of War music, but...

The version you used sounds awful. Like a child's cheap keyboard.

I agree. Its hard to hear over the rest of the stuff going on, but when you can hear it, its pretty bad.

I believe the choice of instrument used is deliberate.

I thought part of the point of the music was as an Easter Egg to past 8-bit Star Trek games like the 25th Anniversary edition: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Trek:_25th_Anniversary_(computer_game)

Homage or no, I had my fill of midi TRIBBLE-trumpets over two decades ago..

I'm pretty sure that this was the exact same .midi version they used in the intro to Outpost 1.5, and that game was released before Windows 95!

I think it was also used in Star Trek Armada
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Absolutely not.

it is a shame. I love all of the Planet's by Holst. Mercury is probably my favorite, followed by Mars and Jupiter. I fully applaud using classical music in the game soundtracks.

I digged it. Reminded me of old Star Wars games for PC.

Well, it could have been worse: they could have given it the Sega Genesis treatment.
