PTMC seeks to recruit governorship positions

The Post Terran Mining Corporation (listed as PTMC,) founded earlier this year, has seen membership levels fluctuate considerably.
At our peak, we had 24 members, however not many were regularly participating in fleet activities or even being active and all too quickly, participation dwindled and has now fallen to an all-time low.
Presently at level 8, this is an opportunity to join a budding fleet, to place your mark and chart a course for our development.
How we Operate
At this stage in development, a section describing internal structures is somewhat mute, however when we had a larger membership we had a small team of active leaders who tried to drive things forward. The structure worked well. The issues occurred when dwindling membership levels also included the initial governorship.
We expect those in governor roles to take a level of cross-responsibility and to expect that in their absence decisions could be made. Even at this time when membership is small, a focus on all roles to assist each other is what we strive to achieve.
Everyone should have a "can do" attitude and support each other. The decision of the role holder is what will take precedence though, and this should be respected by anyone who is reaching out to help. There will be no undermining from other governors.
Overall, Fleet governance is carried out democratically, with key decisions taken by majority vote. When there is a tie, the rank 7 members choices will prevail. If this still results in a tie due to multiple rank 7 votes balancing out, an internal rank 7 discussion will take place and the decision will be communicated within 24 hours.
Key title positions we wish to recruit are:
GRR Role (this is a priority role for the fleet)
The role of the GRR will be to attract new members and support players in their development. This role would be ideally suited to a seasoned player who has a high level of online time and can develop (and retain) a membership base for the fleet.
GEC Role
The GEC will organise events within the fleet and network with other fleets (either in the armada or further afield) to create scheduled events that will being attractive and engaging to other members of different levels. As we currently have a low membership (5 at time of writing) this is a non-priority role, however we would like to appoint this position for the reasons outlined in the closure.
GOO Role
You have the (somewhat dubious honour) interestingly titled "GOO" in the commentary, your role will be to oversee the allocation of fleet resources and projects and to set the tone of where members' efforts will be targeted. Communication with the members (that we hope to grow from appointing to GRR) of general direction and boosting fleet assets will be the main focus.
