How do you find a support ticket status?
Been looking for 20 mins but just going in circles.

    If they reply at all not all tickets are responded to and no that's not in anyway unique to Cryptic, if determined that your ticket doesn't need a response (it could be an issue that a lot of people have reported for example) they won't.
