Arcpoints on XBOX One - which extra missions to complete to get arcpoint credit?

Trying to get all the arcpoints I can to get the Kobali Sansar. I have several missions that I completed, but didn't get the arcpoints. I recently found out I had to complete the 3 Kobali Crises to get credit for The Delta Quadrant arc.

Anyone know what extra stuff I need to complete to get credit for In Shadows, New Romulus and Vigilance?
