ferengi klingon & klingon uniform for klingon fed

i would like the character option to make a ferengi klingon. i would also like the ability to dress my klingon fed character in klingon armor i can see not the lifetime because its not in the kdf. the academy outfit if you have payed for it but i really like the new 2409 uniform. there where time in the shows klingons served on fed ship in klingon dress. please and thank you.
