Can we visit the old versions of the stations just for nostalgia?

Hello there,
As I have seen on the ESD zone chat tonight, I found that I am not alone with the longing for nostalgia revisiting and such. While we can watch movies and TV Show's for nostalgia reasons, old experiences such as riding our old bikes that we rode during our childhood or skateboards and even old video games and so on have since became unreachable.
The same could be said for the old ESD which was in Seasons 1 and 2 of STO and such. While I know that there is Starbase 39 Sierra, it's only just a small fraction of what the old ESD was. So, with that, could we please have another station, if not the current STO and Starbase 39 Sierra, but yet, another one out in the vast cosmos in the game for us all to flock to, and congregate and socialize like how we did back in the olden days?
It will be deeply appreciated.
