Kelvin Phaser Emitter Lighting Effects

I play Star Trek Online on PS4 and I use Kelvin Phasers a lot on my ships.
I noticed the Kelvin Phasers on the PC seem to have better lighting effects than the PS4 version.
The PS4 version shows the Kelvin Phasers don't seem to shine light on the hull like every other weapon.
I wish the Kelvin Phasers would shine more on the hull like all the weapons.
