Personal space trait suggestion

Please add a personal space trait 15% firing cycle haste passive.
Please add this as there is little to add to firing cycle haste passive that is not locked to a specific damage type.

Thank you but I'm aware of these. If you read my initial post I was talking about passive meaning always active.
