(Space) Option to display in range ships that are low on shield/hull

I often use some of my skills to heal other ship while in combats. When I do not play in a team like in TFO's, it is not efficient to find who needs help, if there is a lot of ships it's impossible to know which needs it most. It would be nice to display the 3-4 most in need of shield/hull repair within range.
