Negh'Var Heavy Battle cruiser lost its front?

Buddy just got into his Negh'Var Heavy Battle cruiser, the whole front end of the ship is gone, he is flying the back end.

    He said "he goes to customize the ship, the full ship is there" He goes back to space the front is gone again

    since some Klingon ship models got a complete overhaul, those affected need to be "reorganized" in the ship tailor. You actually need to reset the model to get it working again. Had the problem with my K'tinga copycat of a D7. Only had the drive section flying around. Once I completely reset the model at the tailor it worked again.

    @sniper1187 have your friend change to any other settings for the ship and that should clear it up. i had the same issue with my klingon toons and it just took applying a different type of skin to get it to come back.

    And he needs to SAVE the changes before exiting the ship editor!
    Same thing happened to my D7 K'tinga
