Event Cyclic Modulation weapons missing

I missed the "The Borg Resurgence" event. I bought it through the event buyout system in the zen store. I got everything. But I didn't got my Cyclic Modulation weapons. Anybody know of a glitch for this occurrence? I can't find them anywhere.

    Did you try looking in the reclaim tab?

    Yes. I searched all the reclaim tabs. I had Doff overflow. But my main inventory wasn't full at the time. But the Doff overflow my have glitched it.
