Romulan Ship Mechanics: Kara - Separation Mode

I was in the current event TFO with my Kara using the Separation Mode. The ship separated at start of fight and eventually the NPC half was rendered inoperative by enemy NPCs. I pressed the separation mode button to rejoin the ship but nothing would happen. I was left with half a ship for most of the TFO and only after dying did I finally get the two halves to rejoin. A solution for this outdated mechanics is just to make the separated NPC half use a timed recovery like is used with other NPC ships (i.e., iconic ships like USS Enterprise).

I like this idea. This should apply to all "separation pets". But they also need to fix the separation pet recall bug.
