Add a permanent daily endeavor assignment to get dead competitive queues to run.

Should they add a new daily endeavor, Play a competitive queue for 500 endeavor progress that is active once per day? It could make the 10 player queues that never run start and give players a reason to do them once per day. Maybe do one for Crystal too since it is still needed for players to grind fleet marks and the queue system wastes ppls time waiting for queues to not start.
