What are my Cryptic Games crednetials

So I sign on to ARC Games using my facebook account. When I get disconnected from the server, which seems to happen after completing every campaign, I have to exit the game and go back to the Arc Games home page and then select Star Trek Online to start playing. If I know my Cryptic Games credentials, I could just sign back on again. I have tried my facebook credentials and there is no Forgot Password link that I can find.
