Rework Omni-directional beam array visuals so they fire from same hardpoints as regular beam arrays.

This is a visual choice in this game that has always driven me up a wall, and finally after trying omni-beam arrays on a number of federation ships again recently I just can't take it anymore. Please fix omni beams so they fire from the same beam hardpoints that regular beam arrays do. Having beams fire from my starship's bridge module or from some arbitrary point on my shuttle bay just looks terrible. I really want to use these, but every time they fire they drag me out of my enjoyment and I end up dropping them back in my bank in favor of a single rear beam array instead. This greatly limits my build options.
