T'Liss Legendary Weapons

I love the TOS style weapon effects on the default set that come with the T'Liss, however they can't be upgraded. I've never really played the Romulan side of things before, it is possible to get upgraded versions of these weapons, via lockbox or the exchange? The torpedo effect is especially splendid.

    The K-13 fleet holding sells UR quality TOS weapons in plasma, disruptor, or phaser flavors.

    Sorry if in the wrong thread... I unlocked the Legendary Romulin but I can't find / equip the T'liss ship. I think I got everything else. Thanks.
