Have you considered joining an awesome armada?
United Fleet Operations has gamma spots open, and we don't mind new fleets. We are a large and social armada with many active players. We don't have stupid rules or requirements and our fleet leaders have been around since STO began.
Our focus is on creating a fun and inviting community within STO and our members come from all over the world and represent every facet of life in a global community.
While we have very few requirements for members, we do want fleets whose leaders are committed to their members and the growth of their fleet. Unlike most other armadas that have been around as long as we have, or make dubious claims about how large or active they are, we don't have room for fleets that are dead, solo, or not interested in being part of a larger community. We want to see a focus on recruitment, growth, and camaraderie. How much, or how fast is not important, as long as it is happening. Too many new fleets end up in a wasteland because their leaders loose interest, or weren't suited for leadership and then their members suffer. We strive to solve that.
We actively support, and assist each fleet and its members in -UFO, but consider every fleet a sovereign entity, and never interfere with internal fleet management. We have lots of great information, and experience to share when it comes to recruitment, growth, and advancement of fleets. The only thing we ask for in return is to be an active participant within our community.
