Fleet contest system

Just a suggestion to make STO better. Setup a way to allow fleet contests where only the fleet that is activating it can run in the contest. Something like the normal summer time games on Risa(perhaps run it on colony worlds - not sure if that is possible). Also allow for the fleets to offer rewards for winning the most points (ie. bank account that fleet can contribute to as a contest prize). Maybe as a feature setup a way to only allow certain ranks to win the prizes(ie. captains or below).

Just a suggestion.

I think you would get more fleet involvement when everyone wants to gather together.
