No Win Scenario Freighter Reward Bug?

in Feature Episodes, Events and PvE Content
Not sure if this is a bug or not but you are supposed to be able to call the freighter from any ship interior. I can't figure out how or where to do that from. It works fine if you use the freighter as your main ship you can switch to whatever ship you like. Am I missing something?
