Counters to Placates

Lots of placates in use, are there any counters to the long list of placates other than one Miracle Worker kit and one ship console?

    Science Team does it, at least for the Sci-Type Placates.

    some hypospray based SCI abilities IIRC and possibly some other SCI abilites, not sure as I don't do PvP, but it's probably not something you can do yourself.
