To zen or not to zen?

That is the question...

Ok seriously though, I've saved up enough to do a big Zen purchase, but I thought I'd ask, should I wait until tomorrow afternoon just to see if there is a zen charge bonus, or general sale? Or are the chances so slim after the memorial day sale that i shouldn't bother?
With out announcing them ahead of time it really messes up planning for big purchases... i know a couple years ago i dropped $100 on zen before a patch(I didn't know any better at the time, i learned though) only for a zen charge bonus to start when the patch was finished.

Any advice is appreciated.

    Yea, it always sucks when you buy zen and then they come up with a zen charge bonus or zen sale.

    if you all that worried about it just wait til there is a sale, then you can be disappointed about the better sale thats going to show up because of course it is.

    Zen charge bonuses don't happen that often compared to other sales. They happen just a bit before you decide to buy something :cry:

    It might be anywhere from one week to five months before the next one, no one knows. Black Friday will be around in five months so it will definitely happen then.

    If you like to buy things several times a year, the best thing to do might be to buy up zen during a charge bonus even if there is nothing you want to buy at that time. Just don't blow it on shiny lock box keys because the zen is burning a hole in your pocket.

    Personally, I ONLY buy Zen when there is a charge bonus, and only buy from the store when there is a sale. I'd also recommend a lifetime sub, if you don't already have one, over a large zen purchase.
    If I remember correctly, there should be a Summer Charge Bonus in June or July so you won't even have to wait that long. It's your money so do what you want, but in my experience you get the most bang for your buck with a little patience and restraint.

    I'm LTS already... I want the temporal bundle from MUDD and that's only 50% till next week.

    I guess I'll just risk it. My luck a sale/zen charge will be announced tomorrow...

    They won't have a Charge Bonus while that Bundle is on Sale. There would be a riot.
